Jemima used a variety of painting techniques to make this amazing painting of her Cocker Spaniel called Toby.
She was assisted at home and had her lovely Toby next to her while she painted.
This was the second session painting Toby and Jemima is really exploring the benefits of acrylic painting and is capturing a wonderful likeness to Toby.

David painted this image in acrylic during the session to show how to choose, mix and apply acrylic paint to make the layers and textures look like fur and features of the Cocker Spaniel.

the final stage of Toby- we added a tartan bow tie and a bushy background with clusters of cleaves.
