Robin

Robin:

A Robin red breast, with snow falling and pirched on a snowy branch - the setting for the yule time ahead- Christmas is on its way and Jemima painted this wonderful colourful painting of a robin which she did in 2 sessions. She sued the fan brush and flat brush and sponge in places to make the effect of feathers and leaves. We do have a lot of fun during these sessions, with jokes and laughter along the way, because these art sessions are about enjoying painting. The wellbeing and the therapeutic nature of painting is so important.

Ebay:

A zoom meeting this week with Ebay Support team provided much needed advice on what is needed for linking with Ebay. Why Ebay and how would this work for you as protective clients.

What Ebay then?

Ebay is in collaboration with UnLtd UK, they want to help social entrepreneurs like myself. They want o make selling and buying easier for everyone, keeping the inclusion and integrity a key factor. For me it would help to expose what I have to offer to many many more people in the UK but also globally.

How would this work for you?

You would be able to buy my work through auction in some cases, or spread payment over a period of time.

I am considering 10 initial artworks as a taster to see what sells, so keep watching the website to see the link to any listings especially in the lead up to Christmas.

Masis:

Further developments with Masis are happening, and this week discussed a possible idea that could be set up on Masis to showcase Art work by Blind Create clients work and my work with clients. We are discussing a way of the public being able to purchase prints (framed, unframed and a variety of products) of the art work and raise money for the charity, Blind Create and the the client.

Hopefully I can give further updates on this concept in the next few weeks.

2D & 3D Create:

I’m introducing 3D modelling for art sessions, as well as paintings sessions which have been going on for 5 months now. So modelling can include clay and crafts. Other 3D mediums require a different set up such as plaster, wood and metal which isn’t possible, but clay certainly is. If you’re inetrested, then I would recommend obtaining class clay in a small bag to start with. There is clay that can be fired in a domestic oven, so the is the easiest type to use, so that it does hard well enough to be effective. I would then guide how to paint the model if wanted, and to create some really great effects.
