David has been awarded a scholarship place to Educators@spaceacademy in Huntsville, Alabama, after 15 years in teaching. It is the Honeywell space educators fully intensive astronaut style week training programme for Maths and Science teachers from all over the world.
The purpose is to give educators specialist resources to enthuse pupils of all abilities and further understanding of Science and Maths education at home with space exploration as the key area. The full story can be found in the Scotsman.
In addition, David is being promoted by the Accessible Art Company as an emerging artist in Edinburgh.
