Hi everyone,
We are getting nearer to the event with George Webster so how would you like to take your artwork along to the festival. I love boating and sailing so I've created a boat for my box and called it the pamis boat . Would you like to create a pamis boat and then create art that shows everyone who you are? Maureen will send you a cake stand to display your art in . You'll have your own mini art installation to take along to the festival to accompany the event! Let's get creating together…..
Step 1;
Start by pasting sticks onto a card base in a row of 4 or 5.
Step 2:
Position sticks next to one another to make a base for an object such as a boat or barge or a land object that you may use for activities.
Step 4:
Put a feature such s cork and stick into the craft work to make a seal or something similar for your chosen object.
Step 5:
Complete the model by using card or paper to line the sides and top, and to place other objects on it that makes it complete. Use paint, pens or crayons for colour to complete it required.

A combination of 2D and 3D artworks as an installation display.

Step 3:
Building the sides with sticks overlapping like brickwork for support. Use up to 5 layers.
I’ll be adding further details and colour to the artwork using acrylic paint and other mediums like collage.
